Fantastic Stay, AMAZING Staff!
attentive staff thoughtful gesture helpful valet
They ALWAYS went the extra mile. Do Dows surprised us with cupcakes and a song for our honeymoon. Pure gifted us a Muay Thai glove upon checkout. This thoughtful gesture really made our day. The valet staff helped communicate our destination to the taxi driver. It was SUPER useful.
My room wasn't cleaned one day, and I had to call after returning from work.

Excellent Stay with Great Service
clean room beautiful pool friendly staff
I enjoyed a lot the amenities! The rooftop pool was especially great. Pure, the valet attendant, was very accommodating and helpful with taxis. Winny made every breakfast special. She gave me a fantastic service.
The hotel is near the BTS, I could hear the noise from the train screeching on the tracks!

premium machines cooling towels
my stay included access to a gym equipped with premium machines. i also used cooling towels and chilled ginger water were available for recovery after workouts (a nice touch!).
the hotel's pool lacked excitement, and i found it less appealing than expected.

The staff at the pool always tried to assist me. They provided towels and water.

charmed by the details
helpful staff polite staff cloud beds great location
The staff were helpful and polite. check-in was excellent. the beds are amazing. I call them cloud beds since sleeping in them is like floating on a cloud. the location is great. Within a five-minute walk, there are high-quality coffee shops (i did appreciate this!), bars, and restaurants.
i noticed some minor maintenance issues in the room. there was visible water damage and bubbling plaster on the bathroom ceiling, though it hardly detracted from the experience.

lunch and dinner were delicious at the hotel. the buffet breakfast offers a variety of foods. i found the offerings satisfying and fresh, it allowed me to start my day with energy.

the standard king room was beautiful. i noted some stitching coming undone on the armchair and bubbling on the crocodile-print leather detail next to the tv. it felt lush despite these small imperfections.

the breakfast was perfect and the rooms were very clean.
My room was not cleaned one day. I had to call after returning from work. status recognition was minimal. no lounge existed and there was only a 2 drink coupon from a limited menu to choose from .
